WANYAKAM currently ships orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to locations outside the United States, including international addresses. We also do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes if the carrier cannot complete delivery to the address provided.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, product restocking periods, or when order information requires confirmation, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

We use standard shipping services for eligible orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery time is usually 15–20 business days after the order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply if the order is reshipped.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and may need to be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
